New Practice Members at MCH Chiropractic and Nutrition
Welcome to our practice! Come on in and make yourself comfortable in our healing space. There’s a place for everyone, including children, and you might just see someone you know. Please complete your online paperwork before coming to the practice.
The Initial Visit
When you come in, you’ll get a smile and a warm welcome from Pam at our front desk. She’ll scan your ID for our files, and check that your paperwork is in order, before bringing you to the back. After offering you some water and pointing out where things are, you’ll go into an exam room.
One of our doctors will come in and introduce themselves and discuss your history with you. Many people do not know all that chiropractic care helps with, so we dig deep to find out as much as we can about you.
Next are the X-rays, and for children, primitive reflex testing. There won’t be an adjustment today, giving us time to review the results and create a custom plan for you. Your next appointment will be scheduled as soon as possible.
Report of Findings
The second visit is the report of findings. Before your return, all three doctors review the results and consult together to ensure we don’t miss anything, and we create the best possible plan for your needs.
Next, we break down your motion X-rays compared to normal, using tracing paper to show you where the blocks are happening, and how we need to approach the spine to get it back to where it’s supposed to be. We’ll go through the game plan, which is completely individualized to the person, and typically involves fewer visits than other practices.
Financial Responsibility
Our practice does not accept insurance; we provide a superbill on request. We have several payment options and discounts available for your convenience.
We accept credit cards and HSA plans for payment. Once payment is received, you’ll receive your first adjustment, and future visits will be scheduled accordingly.
